May update

Hi! As you may remember (or maybe not), my New Years Resolution was to log 250 workouts this year. I tracked everything I did in May and here are my results!

36 workouts completed (This included 7 two-a-days and 3 rest days)

1695 minutes of working out, or over 28 hours
On to June

Total workouts for the year so far: 154
