April update

Hi! As you may remember (or maybe not), my New Years Resolution was to log 250 workouts this year. I tracked everything I did in April, and here are my results!

28 workouts completed (This included 4 two-a-days and 6 rest days)

1255 minutes of working out, or almost 21 hours
On to May!

Total workouts for the year so far: 118
