February check in

Hi! As you may remember (or maybe not), my New Years Resolution was to log 250 workouts this year. I tracked everything I did in February, and here are my results!

30 workouts completed (This included 8 two-a-days and 5 rest days)

1155 minutes of working out, or 19.25 hours
On to March!!
