January check in

Hi! As you may remember (or maybe not), my New Years Resolution was to log 250 workouts this year. I tracked everything I did in January, and here are my results!

31 workouts completed (This included 7 two-a-days and 7 rest days)
1380 minutes or working out, or 23 hours

On to February!
