October 19th goal - 21.2 pounds to go
I'm up not even half a pound. I ain't mad.
I didn't get to talk to my coach this week, so we didn't set a January goal. However, since she has just been setting 4 pound a month goals for me, that's what I'm going to go with. So...
Progress towards Feb 1st goal - 3.2 pounds to go
For some reason I am really nervous about this goal! I feel like it's going to be hard this month to lose, what with my seasonal affective disorder (self-diagnosed). But we'll keep slicing away at it, and see if we can hit it. I say "we" like you are in on this, too.
I ran a 5k on January 1st, after not running since April. And guess what - I kinda liked it. So I ran on the treadmill again this week and guess what - I kinda liked it. NOT enough to EVER run a half again, but enough to know I can still do it.
