This week was barely anything, but a loss is a loss.

I will take any kind of negative movement on the scale this week, because I do not deserve it. We had an ice storm on Sunday, which turned into a day off work on Monday, which continued into Tuesday. I'm scared to drive in bad weather, so I did not leave my house on Sunday or Monday. I also did not work out either of those days, and I ate whatever I wanted. So........I will take a .4 loss, and I will celebrate it!
