I have to admit I was shocked when I stepped on the scale this morning. This week has not been good to my body - I won't go into too many details, but let's just say my new birth control method is proving to be a terrorist to my uterus. I continued my workouts, but I've been really snacky this entire week and I even ate fast food one night.
1.9 is kind of a big loss for me in one week - here's hoping to keep it off all week!
